Every two hours at most, take Archie out when you are home with him. And the best advice ever? Watch It's Me or the Dog on Animal Planet. Victoria Stillwell is awesome.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5032498633148240111.post-77622412771957745072009-01-06T17:27:00.000-08:002009-01-06T17:27:00.000-08:00I think I saw the last picture in an issue of Chic...I think I saw the last picture in an issue of Chicken Soup for the SoulSo@24https://www.blogger.com/profile/18279738816559913671noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5032498633148240111.post-16973910864801090592009-01-04T23:04:00.000-08:002009-01-04T23:04:00.000-08:00Awwww!!!! If he can train Magic Cake (who was returned twice) he can figure out how to potty train Archie. xo-LindsAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5032498633148240111.post-3450404217541407422009-01-04T05:43:00.000-08:002009-01-04T05:43:00.000-08:00YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Next time he pees in the house, spray him instantly with a 30% solution of vinegar water in the face while simultaneously saying a stern "no," and carry him outside lightning quick. When he resumes peeing outside, reward him with a highly preferred treat (betsy boo boo poo poos will do anything for a bacon snack) and really high praise. Withhold those treats only for reinforcing outside potties. That should do the trick for the typical housebreaking issues pretty fast, but be prepared for separation anxiety! Shelter dogs get very attached to their loving new owners. :)Dr. Silbaughhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10685346770148459269noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5032498633148240111.post-78676134748643427812009-01-03T18:20:00.000-08:002009-01-03T18:20:00.000-08:00I've adopted, and I think Auggie turned out pretty...I've adopted, and I think Auggie turned out pretty awesome...
